Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Because our products are shipped from our global fulfillment partners, delivery can occasionally take a little longer during peak periods or holidays. We'll always keep you updated.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, email us at support@ivoraofficial.com.

Customs, duties & taxes
For most orders, there are no additional fees for you to pay on delivery. In the rare event that customs charges apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays outside our control
Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, delivery is handled by the carrier. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
